On the south side of the Casa is the very pretty KARAMELLO apartment, full of romantic charm.
It consists of a fully equipped, large, cozy kitchen-diner with a fireplace, sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV.
Adjacent to it is the bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, direct access to the large shower room with toilet and bidet, and two windows.
The bedroom and the kitchen-diner each have their own double glass patio doors with internal wooden shutters for shade and darkening. Just one step takes you directly onto the beautiful sun terrace, furnished with lovely patio seating and loungers. Shade is provided by the canopy of a large mulberry tree and a parasol.
Dogs are welcome, but prior arrangement is required, as dogs are only allowed on the terrace/lawn on a leash (due to the cats living on the property).
